when it's more

more than a bath
more than the old tub
with rusty streaks and
pale scoured circles

when its filled with
hot silky water, steam rising
the scent of expensive soap
melting a welcome

when it's more and
skin is pink and wet
when hair is damp and dark
when it's more than

a bath and i am alone
i think you a fool.
