i just got this recipe and i thought i'd share it because
it looks good and the past few years i've become a mincemeat fan.

it calls for apples but i'm thinking that fresh peaches would be great too.

Ingredients
6 cups sliced apples, cut 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick
1 1/3 cups (one-half 27-ounce jar) NONE SUCH® Ready-to-Use Mincemeat (Regular or Brandy & Rum)
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup (old fashioned or quick-cooking) oats
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine apples and NONE SUCH® in prepared pan and mix thoroughly.
In large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and oats; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over fruit mixture.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator

Notes: Tip: If topping begins to brown too quickly, tent with a piece of foil.
