i was fooling around this morning in the kitchen.
i made pie crust dough. rolled it out. put it on my old cookie sheet, sprinkled
it with cinnamon, raw sugar and then spread apple butter over that.

turned out pretty good!

when i was young(and i still do this) my gramma would roll out the scraps of pie dough, sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar, bake it and called it poor man's pie.


i loved it.
still do.
