well now, friday night and i'm here, hope everyone else is out having a grand friday.
it's nice and quiet tho and i had 2 of my own home cooked chicken wings for dinner.

everyone likes them and pittsburgh is a wing eating town so i'm truly proud of that!

so, here's how i make em:

preheat oven to 325 degrees then get a big flat cookie sheet with sides on it, pour in enough oil to coat the pan. be generous, the wings need to brown in it.

i buy the biggest fattest wings i can find.
shake them up in a bag of flour( i use a big ziploc bag, less mess
and i'm all for less mess!)

then i dip them into a bowl of beaten egg with a little water added to the egg.
make sure they are covered with the egg or the bread crumbs won't stick.

then i really really cover each wing in PANKO bread crumbs, i push those wings in that big old bowl of crumbs

put the wings flat side down with the wing tips pointing up and place in oven
set timer for 1 hour.

after about 40 minutes give or take, check to see how browned they are and turn each wing over.

after an hour they should be golden brown and crispy and the meat will fall off of the bones as you eat them!

enjoy.
