Don't you just love your Mac? That camera is a great feature. I wish I could sleep. Ib sick and now Ib jacked up on steroids and the antibiotics have given me a gut ache. So unless I hit myself over the head with a hammer, I'm going to be up very late.

the only reason i sleep is the antidepressant i'm on. i have awful insomnia. i was averaging 2 or 3 hours of broken sleep a night.

no fun!


i was off of antidepressants for quite awhile because the pulse in my intestine is slowing because of the NF1.

this kind doesn't make that worse.

steroids suck. i have family that was on prednisone.

i was on steroids while i was pregnant with my kid( 35 years ago)

they screwed me up royally and i think they may have contributed to her health problems but no one is certain. but it was steroids or no baby so i chose the steroids.

gotta do what you gotta do.
