and here's the bread i made just now.
this oven bakes much faster and preheats better than the old one.

this is an herb bread with a mozzarella swirl inside.


plain white bread recipe, not an italian loaf and i added cracked black pepper, parsley, garlic,basil,garlic and crushed rosemary with a bit of fresh grated romano.


no measurements. i just eyeballed the herbs. smells pretty good.

i think by the time it arrived you'd have to either make bread crumbs from it or feed the birds with it. ; )
