the holidays, well especially this one can truly suck.
been there. done that. no t-shirt.
i would opt for treating yourself to something special. start thinking of yourself as worth it.
why not start now before circumstances make it harder to do.
me? i'm still learning. tho the older i get the easier it is to just go with the flow.
