geez i am tired. poor mom is lying down now. her face is beginning to swell worse but the bleeding has slowed. the oral surgeons office finally(after almost 5 hours)called back to suggest having her take out the denture and bite on 2 dry tea bags til the bleeding slowed and then put the denture back in. by the time they called, it had already slowed and i was afraid to move the denture for fear of starting it back up again.

the next republican that starts on "socialism" when health care reform is mentioned just MIGHT be sorry they ever brought it up!

this is beyond ridiculous. we had to go get her oxygen from her place and bring it here because she has to use oxygen when she sleeps, not during the day tho.

i'm wound as tight as a spring and i feel helpless because i know it hurts her and worries her and all i can do is give her the advil and make sure she gets some fluids in her and take her back and forth to the bathroom cause she is worn out.

i'll bet if she were a politician she'd have been admitted for overnight care.
