the new kitchen facet. seems like everything leaks or breaks at once.

My thought exactly!
My move-right-in nothing-to-fix-up house from four years ago has decided to end the honeymoon and now entropy wins.
But may as well do it right, right?

i've found thru the years that if i can i might as well. can't do that for everything, especially years ago, but now. hey, hope it lasts long after i go!
