the house next door is sold. the closing is at the end of the month. i met the family the other day. they seem very nice. i hope we become friends.

my friend richard stopped yesterday. he just had a pacemaker put in. he's doing quite well and i'm glad. richard is pudd'n boy's father-in law. they are all a very nice family.
