it's been a long, scary and sad 24 hours. actually a few days-to be truthful.
a very good friend had to be rushed to the hospital. he had a pacemaker implanted and is doing well. i spoke with him today. he's already planning on doing his lawn-that's a great sign. yesterday, a fb acquaintance threatened suicide and then took themselves off of fb. there were some scary hours til we found out that he was saved from doing harm by the police. this morning, news from a good blogging buddy of the death of his wife and stepson. i pray for all of them.

life is very hard on a lot of people.
