layla and max just got their nails trimmed- layla was the queen-as always- getting her pedicure and just sitting there as if it was only fitting! max? well, max, as the assistant said, kindly-"isn't the worst we have." i love max to bits but he isn't a well behaved puggle when there are people- or animals- or even dust bunnies around!
