CREDO Mobile We agree. That's just justice. And common sense. All those millionaires and billionaires paying only 15% on most of their income have George W. Bush to thank for lowering rates on dividends and capital gains to that foolishly low level. The low rates being paid by the likes of Mitt Romney are very recent history and explain some of the increasing wealth gap - and can be reversed.
