strange days!

put a small pork roast in the crockpot with redwine, potatoes, mushrooms and big quarters of onion-added garlic, salt and cracked black pepper and sprig from my little rosemary bush (been babying it on a window ledge all winter ) chopped up 2 small tomatoes i had and threw those in as well. the rosemary scent is all through the house.
