i bought myself a tai chi video. i need to get some of my movement and strength back. not sure anything can be done for my balance issues but...

so i watched the video in it's entirety today. then i tried a few of the movements from the waist up with my feet planted firmly on the floor. it's very hard to get into the proper positioning- no hunching of the shoulders-spine straight ( i'm like a sway back old mule!) i also have a few problems getting my arms to do as my brain tries to instruct them to do but there again- hey, i'll do as best i can and hope to get better.

it's a start.
