Most of these movies have been recognized by the Smithee Awards, which are for bad low-budget and mid-budget movies. The big budget bad movies are the province of the Razzies. The latter give "Batman and Robin" eleven nominations, but only one award for Alicia Silverstone as Worst Supporting Actress as Batgirl. There hasn't been a Batgirl in movies since and it's been 20 years.
