Trump lied in a big way Thursday morning on national TV. He said we don’t yet know what happened at the Turkish consolate. Minor problem: Turkey shared audio, video, and other unambiguous evidence of the murder with US intelligence on Tuesday. They in turn shared it with Trump in a briefing on Wednesday... Trump (as he often does) telegraphed why he lied to reporters, and what the outcome will be on Thursday. When asked if he would put a $110 billion arms sale on hold, Trump said: “That would not be acceptable to me” THIS should should tell you who Trump is. Everything is money. Morality doesn’t exist. Killing journalists is OK, especially if he gets paid. He has been leading up to this with his relentless attacks on the media, but now Authoritarian governments are fully free to send hit teams to murder critical journalists in foreign countries all over the world. Just think about that.... I then look at polls, and it appears many don’t want to put Trump in check at all. They want him to retain full control of our government.
