i'm back, as i wrote, been a bad week. i lost my sweet little emma cat. accident. i could not stand not having some little being to cuddle and love me here so we went and i got a little 9 week old kitten. he is snuggled in my arms as i am typing this. he might as well get used to being a poet's cat. i type at all hours of the day and night. emma used to proofread and i swear, edit a lot of my work. bob, here, i think he'll learn. s

I'm really sorry for your loss, but I'm sure Bob will rise to the challenge.
I heard a really good one yesterday about cats...dogs have owners, but cats have staff !!!
I hope that Bob pays you well.love ya,Tee :-)

My cat is Sarasue, and she was almost the same way when Vickie and I moved here to our new home.
They're so funny like that.Tee

bob has moved from under the couch to behind the garbage can in the kitchen! i have his food and water and litter pan in there and hopefully he'll feel at home soon. right now he's looking at me like i came from mars or somewhere!

I am so sorry. I lost my little grump, Smokie, last week. We spent 18 years together, and it is hard. I still have my fat cat, Tawny, and Brit The Dog though.

i remember the picture of your smokie. she looked a lot like one of my cats that i used to have, hunny. she was a calico mutation, a bluish color instead of black, peach for the orange and a cream instead of white. she was a moose, almost 20 lbs. and she ran this house.a big old lovable grump. she and my emma were best buddies and emma, the short haired siamese would get hairballs from grooming hunny who was too lazy to do it herself! so, now i have little bob. he is a siamese, but lighter, almost a white with grey tips. the cat i had before hunny was sammi, a pure black shorthair and she died about 2 weeks before her 20th birthday. i have had numerous and quite varied pets throughout my life and it is always so hard to lose one, but the joy they give is worth the pain. i still find myself looking for my emma. she followed me like a puppy wherever i went. i swear she understood every word i said!
