my wonderful son-in-law, eric set
up my mic for my computer today and
showed me how to use it.
now, i can practice speaking into it,
recording short poems of mine and learn
how to give them.
i find that i still am uncomfortable with
my voice. the first i ever heard myself speak
was in high school spanish class. i had no idea
that one's real voice was quite unlike how we
think it sounds.
