tomorrow I will make the meat and sauces for xmas eve and then put them in the fridge. xmas eve morning we will put the calamari sauce on early to cook and then do the baccala and the smelts and the fried bread dough. deana and eric and Jordan and becky made the home made ravs the other day- some cheese/some meat- I have to grate the pecorino-romano yet. the prezzies are wrapped-including the ones for everyone's pets. I think I have remembered everything.  I hope everyone got the cards that I sent- I had 1 come back already- being dyslexic I transposed some numbers in the zipcode.

my son-in-law's gift is the only one that hasn't shown up yet and I am NOT happy with that fact!!!!
