got the dried cod for xmas eve dinner soaking in the fridge in a big pot. have the 2 big blocks of frozen squid in there too Christmas is the one time of the year when I wish I had a big fridge. everything gets packed into my fridge so tightly that it's a bit dangerous to open the door! this weekend starts the big prep for xmas eve!
