ah, they are back digging. making the track wider and deeper. they took the rest of my mimosa tree except for 1 slender off shoot and i doubt that will make it.

yeah it really does and the excavator operation says we may lose another huge oak.

but things change and i'm hoping to be able to plant some bushes anf things to give the little critters someplace to hide and to snack.
