here's the fudge recipe. it is very VERY rich so take that into consideration.




chocolate cheese fudge


1/2lb. velveeta cheese cubed or sliced
1 cup( 2 sticks)butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts(optional)
2 16 oz. packages of confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup cocoa (i use the double dutch dark)



lightly spray the bottom of a 9 inch square baking pan with a cooking spray( i use pam)

over medium heat melt the cheese and the butter together, stirring constantly til smooth

remove from heat and stir in vanilla (and nuts. i don't use them)

sift the sugar and cocoa together in a large bowl


pour the cheese mixture into the sugar mixture and stir.( it may get stiff and hands might be handier, ha!-me)

press or pour into pan and flatten evenly(mine poured pretty well)

refrigerate for about 30 minutes
